  • Here for MRI and X-ray. Girl at front desk was super friendly. The phones and computers were down and she was handling the chaos pretty well. Some dude named Brian came out and freaked out about HIPPA violations and told her that she could go to jail (she was checking on my co-pay, with me present, and with my consent). He was super unprofessional about it. Should have pulled her aside if he wanted to talk instead of threatening that she could go to jail. He was very efficient doing the MRI though. X-ray guy was also very nice. Later a super difficult patient came in and the staff were so professional and patient with him. Overall a good office.
