  • Proof that macarons weren't just a passing fad, Butter Avenue has opened its second location on Queen St W. At first, you may just walk by this place; its entrance and signage overcast by Urban Outfitter's glaring storefront. Don't just walk by! The store is clean and bright, with a hidden lounge area just below. Ultimately, it's a great little place to pick up some macarons for a girlfriend, or stop in mid-shopping trip, but it's not worth the parking or a special trip. H H H - three hedgehogs out of five
