  • After reading these reviews it's no surprise I want to constantly punch myself in the face for going with cox. A rep came to my home without me requesting it and promised us a $150 gift card and buy one get one free cameras. It would be cheaper than adt this way so we signed a contract for their home life service. After fighting with them for 4 months they said they didn't have to honor anything that was on the contract because there are stipulations. However I have to honor my side and pay them. I got charged for the cameras and no gift card. I tried to cancel and they are charging me a $700 fee. So save yourself the headache and chose adt and don't use their cable services either!! Horrible service
