  • Called cox to upgrade service. Said stop at store and pick up box. When I got there had to wait 30 minutes in line while everyone asked their tech questions and so forth. On phone was told just go in and it'll be ready. Asked employee at store and was told sorry you need to wait like everyone else. I'm not looking to cut in front of everyone but a good operation should be able to move through someone who has a twenty second transaction instead of one at a time. Especially when I was told it would be there waiting for me
