  • I came back To get my roots touched up and I could not be more disappointed. First of all my appt was at 9 and no one was there when I came in. They didn't open up until after 910. I have blonde hair and my roots look like carrot tops. I told Gen when I had my hair done how upset I was and she wanted me to come back another time to fix them bc the men's cut was more important. I am mortified and going to another salon to get them fixed. I will never go back there.
