  • I've been a loyal Discount Tire customer since I began driving over 25 years ago. I will never deal with them again. They first lied about a tire being discontinued to avoid a price match. I called Michelin directly (they make BFG), and they said it's a brand new tire readily available, but was cheaper due to it being C-rated (which I couldn't use, but Discount lied). Then when I finally did pick out tires, they told me 1.5-2 hours. Three hours later, Michael at this store (bought in surprise, drive to Buckeye for install bc they had in stock) changed up his story three times in the same breath, then blamed the other store for the wait (even though he's the one that said 1.5 - 2 hours). Discount has now sacrificed customer service with its only priority being sale volume.
