It's not the best Cantonese food I've ever had, but this could rival the average restaurants in bigger city Chinatowns such as New York or San Francisco. We were expecting poor service judging from the other reviews here, but the lady was actually very nice to us and never rushed us during the meal. She even offered to fill up our rice in our doggy bag for no extra charge! Can't say the same about most other Chinese restaurants! Decor was no frills, but this would be a good place to bring the family for a home-style Chinese meal. Now onto the food...
We ordered the honey walnut shrimp, braised pork belly with vegetables, and seafood pan fried noodle. Very good food all around - the sauce with the shrimp was done just right and in the right amount. The braised pork was tender and the rice was a great vehicle to soak up the sauce. The pan fried noodle was done just right - crispy on the outer edges and soft where it soaked up the sauce. In the end, I'd say I'm a fan and would come here again for solid comfort Chinese food.
