I have been waiting to bring my fiancé here to try the ramen. I had been here one time before and had the tempura Udon. We arrived on a Wednesday night and this place was packed. Luckily we got in just on time before a line started to form. When you walk in the place it's pretty small and cramped but the atmosphere is great. You can see the chefs cooking up a storm and everyone enjoying their food.
As we were seated it took a little bit for us to be greeted, by the time the waitress arrived we were ready to order. My fiancé and I were a little thrown off by the full menu of Italian food. I ordered the bbq pork ramen (I forgot the name) and my fiancé ordered the bbq chicken ramen. After ordering, it took us a while to get our water, but we just enjoyed our time together and didn't complain. We could see the waitress was a little overwhelmed with the full house.
As we received our food, to our delight it was absolutely amazing. The ramen was cooked perfect and the broth was defiantly on point. This has to be some of the best ramen I have ever tried! I gave four starts because the service can be a little better, but the food was so great we looked past that.
