  • Ughhhhh the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE!!!! No communication whatsoever from the shop to you. Whether it's collision or a simple oil change you have no call them to find out and then they tell you it's ready and it's not. My jeep needed a new part simply cosmetic due to a hit and run. They looked at it and quoted me 2-3 hours start to finish. 3 DAYS later after I paid out of pocket for a rental I had to call for the 100th time and still had to wait over an hour at the desk when they said it was ready. Today I dropped off for an oil change at 10am they said it would be 2 hours. Never heard back so at 3 I called seeing as it had been 5 hours and they said it would be ready to go at 315. I am here now and it hasn't even been looked at yet!!!!!! Customer service is the least of this companies worries. Now that my warranty with the shop is up I will NEVER EVERRRRRR go back here. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
