Moksha Yoga is a great community to join. The instructors are amazing and the locations are very convenient. This particular location gets a bit crowded, specially in the evenings and on weekends. Regardless, the instructors and staff make sure that you feel welcome and find a comfortable spot to practice! I totally recommend it to anyone who's thinking of starting yoga. The only problem may be with the concept of Hot Yoga itself; practicing in the hot environment may not suit everyone well. I have personally felt very sick a few times. However, I am a dietitian and I've learned ways to overcome these concerns. I suggest sitting close to the door, having water, and if you are particularly sensitive and feel dizzy, add electrolytes to your water! :) The challenge with the heat is worth spending time with such amazing instructors and in such a great community.
