  • This is the worst terminal in America. I saw some representative from United airlines telling everyone what a great terminal it was and how modern it is, what was he talking about?!? There is nothing there. There's a Starbucks and nothing else. There's also very little signage to get you where you want to be. There's also never anyone at the information booth. It is by far the worst terminal in America, probably in the world. You get off the escalator and wonder where the F you are and if the world was ending because there's just nothing and no one around to help. Maybe McCarran wants to work on that. Thank you.
