  • Hands down the Best waffles! I've tried every waffle in the city (or so it seems) they are not all created equal, many others have been dry and crunchy or fought and flavorless... the waffles at indie are incredible. They are the right consistency of light and airy while still having a nice crisp golden outside, they are perfect t every time no matter who's working which is a feat to behold! I usually just get the buttermilk with powdered sugar and syrup but they have lots of options and even have a waffle Wednesday special, where you get a dollar off your drink when you order a waffle Also! Not sure why I haven't updated my review until now. Eat a waffle at indie you deserve it!
