  • Firstly, the service is horrible. Although the food is pretty good, the waiting staff were very rude and inefficient. One of the waitresses had a terrible habit of slamming the utensils and food on the table, almost tossing it. After someone in my party complained to her, she simply snickered and apologised while smirking. The manager wasn't better at all. He was also rude and did not take our complaints seriously. After this encounter, I decided that was my last time going to Ramen Sora.
