  • My initial experience with the check-in system started off a little negative. You sign in through a computerized system which is pretty simple once you get started. The problem was trying to figure out where to begin in the system. The receptionist walked away so you are kind of on your own. I would feel bad for someone like my mom who is not computer savy. I saw Dr. Winder, who was amazing. He did not treat me like a number. He took the time to get down to the root of my issue. I was also impressed that my patient and clinical summaries were automatically emailed to me. 5 stars to dr. Winder and to DOC.
