  • I have a home warranty. My ac went out on Saturday morning it was 106 degrees and climbing outside. My inside hit 98 degrees. I called my home warranty company I had someone come out and they took a trade fee from me. This other company could not get to it till Tuesday.. It's freaking hot inside I need ac !! After calling yes air and one other place, I called polar air and the owner himself (Jerome) came out and put in a new a/c unit in one day!!!!!! I cannot believe the customer service this place has ... And he was honest and a straight shooter. He was explaining me the costs of my unit from 1996 and if we just fixed that one compared to a new more efficient unit. I ended up going with the new unit and some other goodies. My power bill has dropped 60$ and my house stays cold 70 degrees on 110 degree days.. Thanks polar air
