  • Never had an issue in regards to the property, but when it comes to talking to individuals at Customer Service they are the absolute worst. Was promised a late fee would be waived because they didn't process a payment before Sunday. When I called back after I was assessed a late fee, there was no notes regarding our conversation, and received an attitude from Shankya(I think that's how you spell it) patronizing me and talking to me like I'm a child. If I never have to speak with them again, my life would be a lot easier.
