Tried the buffet but it actually didn't have much to it. There was more sushi options than most actual buffets, but the thing was it wasn't fresh (and by that, they've been on the plate for a longgg time) and most of the plates were empty. I asked the woman to make some more though and she kindly did. Everything else besides the sushi was two soups and a few other items. For the price, you could go to a regular buffet for better variety.
As for the hot pot, the broths are really good in my opinion. It's just the items that go with it. For example, the crab has that frozen aftertaste when it's been kept up for a long time. I'd avoid it. Veggies are good though, and you get to get more of anything you want for $20 bucks a person.
