  • Frank is a hero!!! He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and fixed our bathtub issue with ease. He turned what would've been a 1 star review around. Veterans was sent by our home warranty for a bathtub clog. The technician came out and snaked the drain. He couldn't get his tool through and made the assessment that it was pre-existing and therefore not eligible for coverage. We fought to have them come back and the following week Frank was sent. He found the clog, cleared the drain, talked us through what had happened and was on his way. We are so grateful for his service. 5 stars for Frank! The other tech, not so much.
