  • I was very disappointed with my experience at Blue Nail Bar & Spa. I asked for the basic pedicure I assumed that meant a pedicure and none of the frills. When I went to pay I was charged $37. I paid plus tipped and as I walked out to my car thought, "considering all they did was paint my nails that was crazy expensive..." I went back inside, my curiosity wouldn't let me drive away without finding out what exactly they charge. The $37 pedicure was supposed to include hot stones, sugar scrub, callous remover and a massage, I received none of those "extras." I asked why I was paying for something I didn't receive, they apologized and told me the basic was $26 and they'd refund the difference (the basic also was supposed to include hot stones & a massage which I didn't receive) I asked about those services and received blank stares. My bad for not asking before hand how much a basic pedicure cost and what was included, but shame on Blue nail bar & spa for charging for services in a package such as the "basic pedicure" they don't plan on actually performing, needless to say I won't be returning.
