  • If I could give this salon a negative star I would. The first time I went there I had my hair styled. My stylist did okay but I think I could have done the same at home. Thought I'd give it another shot and go for a hair cut. My appointment as at 12:30. Came in a few minutes early. At 1:10 I had to ask two instructors when my stylist would be ready to be informed that my stylist took a late lunch and would not be able to see me until 1:30 at the earliest! The instructors were not apologetic! So you are teaching your students to have bad customer service and no regard for people's time.
