I realize when you choose to enter a "chop shop" (quickie chain salon) for a haircut, you take your chances on the stylist. You can get lucky or end up having to wear a hat for the next 6 weeks. That said, Diana was great twice then the last time pure awful, and it was so disappointing. Next time I tried someone else and discovered Diana wasn't as bad as Ruth. This woman never shut up talking/bragging to her associate about her upcoming bridezilla wedding. I was an after-thought and my haircut looks like it. There's a reason stylists like this aren't at better salons and I hope I've finally learned my lesson.
