  • I had to go to this location during a recent trip BC my rental had the check engine light on and the rental company had recommended them. Parking is ample and its easy to get to. The store itself is fine. The waiting room is not large but they do have WiFi which is nice and a TV. It was simple to make an appointment online. I arrived quite early for the early bird (you fill out a form and drop it off). Some employees arrived and I explained the situation. They said they would take a look at it. I waited a bit longer until they opened the doors and finally went into the waiting room because we were leaving that day and not having a US cell phone, I needed the car asap. I waited around for a while and didn't understand why people who arrived after me were getting service first when I was also booked earlybird. Eventually, around an hour later, a worker came to me and said when he looked inside, the light had turned itself off and that it must have finished going through its cycle. Apparently I didn't need to come in at all. Overall my experience was fine. I would have liked if they looked at the car sooner since a diagnostic would have likely assessed it, but fortunately things worked themselves out. The store is sizeable and staff decent to deal with.
