  • Took a whole hog butchery class with Brian the butcher and it was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and entertaining. We were in from out of town so we couldn't sample any of the meat, but it is very high quality and he will cut you whatever you want. Great beer selection too. Definitely worth a visit.
