  • Indifferent employees except for the front desk people, who were nice and caring. The actual care givers walk around like there is no urgency let alone emergency. I set watching my Doctor and a nurse in the pod stare at a computer screen for over an hour. There were 2 people in the waiting area so I got in quick and only three rooms had patients in them. After waiting over 3 hours, then asked what was going on. The nurse walked away from me while I was in mid sentence and said she would check. She never returned... after 7 hours the Doc came back and she confused me with other patients. Too lax and dispondent for sure. This must be the short straw facility for the dignity employees. Not that you shop before visiting and ER, but if you have the time to do so, keep driving by this place.
