Anna Grigoryan provided the best banking service I've ever had with Wells Fargo. I had some issues with Wells Fargo Dealer Services and the disconnect between the bank and the loan provider. I ended up making transfers using online bill pay that took several days to make a payment to my loan resulting in late fees, and a late payment that were due to the default of the long pending transaction period from the online bill pay. I explained my situation to Anna and she took care of everything for me and went far above and beyond the normal realm of customer service and made me feel like a person again, not just a number delivering more money to ensure the stock prices are increasing and paying the share holders. She was very professional in her articulation, demeanor, and appearance. Anna is the best banker I've ever dealt with at any Wells Fargo branch.
