  • I have been to Pure Indian many times since I first reviewed it several years ago. I must say that I have never been disappointed and tonight's meal was no exception. We had butter chicken, palak paneer and lamb josh rogan. All were gourmet level, savory and delicious. The garlic nan just melted in our mouths! In addition to the exciting views of the Strip and the McCarran landing runway, they have also added a musician on the weekend playing soothing, dinner conversation-appropriate, contemporary tunes. Service was excellent and the management very caring. Mani is best.If you haven't tried Pure India, you're not enjoying the best in Las Vegas Indian cuisine!
