  • Yesterday me and my boyfriend received excellent customer service from this Northlake location . Holly and the retail manager helped us out tremendously. After failed attempts of contacting another eyeglass place , they helped and we were able to convert our prescription to LensCrafters. We were very pleased and best of all we didn't have to wait, what we thought would be 2 weeks for glasses , we received the glasses within a hour or so . Definitely will be going back to this location. Thank you !
