  • I got to Alamo and they told me they don't have any cars. They left their online reservation open and didn't take new reservation. This agent TAREQ pretty much told me I was on my own and It's not his fault that they don't have a car for me. So I spent 170$ for not having a rental. I never seen such awful customer service in my life. It is humiliating and irritating.
