I really can't express how wonderful my experience was. Hospitals suck, they just do, but here they make everything suck a bit less. It wasn't the fastest I've ever been seen or the most incredibly friendly staff but they do their jobs incredibly well and care about making sure you get what you need. Other hospitals will rush you through and never truly examine your problem. They will sign a prescription or give you a shot and send you on your way. It takes longer because they care, if they are incredibly busy it's going to be awhile because they will not discharge you until they know your situation. In a place that has as many clients as here, you never imagine that kind of concern. The staff are nice, but more than anything else they are real and concerned. I was brought there in an ambulance and received treatment right away. They were quick and methodical, everything was handled correctly. Thankfully my X-rays and CAT scan were clear and they prescribed me some pain medication and discharged me. I waited over an hour to get discharged after my accident but it was clear that they were doing things as efficiently as possible to see all of the patience and thoroughly treat them. Do you want to just be seen as a number that goes by quickly or seen by a doctor that sees hundreds of patients per day and will still recognize you? Spring Valley cares, I believe they really do. Thank you Spring Valley for turning a nightmare into something ok. :-)
