  • Scammed me out of $150 when I sold my car and needed to return the prepurchased oil changes. Their deal is the same you get in the mail also for oil changes. They are losing a customer over $150 for a lifetime. Never buying at Russ Darrow dealership group. Corporate is incompetent and terrible to work with. Short sighted.
