rev:text	I'm so glad I didn't read the reviews before I came. Especially the ones about cockroaches and bugs. I can stomach bad customer service because I know how to tune people out however, I absolutely can't stand critters! I was very pleased with the customer service. I can admit the staff has been very friendly and helpful to me and my fiancé. The resort is really nice, beautifully decorated, and appears to be a decent get away. I give it 3 stars for a few reasons: 1. During the timeshare presentation, a huge cockroach walked pass our table where we were sitting with the representative. I asked him what that was and he said: "Oh, just a desert bug". The roach just walked pass and continued underneath a cracked door. The guy did nothing about it. Didn't attempt to kill it or anything. The roach was just walking as if it worked here or was a visitor smh. So as I read the reviews about the bugs it made sense. 2. $7.95 for wi-if? I spent enough money to stay in the resort and coming here for the weekend, then I still have to pay for wi-fi? Doesn't make sense but okay. 3. The checkout policy. 10am and not a minute over?? I think it should at least be noon. Give people a chance to get rest. To be out by 10 means I have to get up by like 7 or 8 to get ready and packed up. And if it's more than 1 person...that's additional shower time etc. Overall it's a nice resort and I definitely would like to bring by family here. If something ever was to go wrong I would never come back again. Today is Saturday and I'm checking out tomorrow. Hopefully my stay remains a nice one. If not, I'll be back to change my review lol.
