  • Their customer service is pathetic!!! I tried to cancel the membership and they made me go in circles!! I called their corporate office as I had submitted the cancellation on-line and they charged me for an additional month. After talking to someone in person and making sure they cancelled the membership, they charged me once again!! I am still disputing this charge thru my CC company. Please beware cause it's a trap!! Their system requires you to input your membership number but that number erases from the tag and you are stuck with them charging you past when you want to cancel the service. I tried to speak to a Supervisor and the receptionist basically told me that I would be told the same thing and refuse to transfer me to a Supervisor. I will never recommend them and will keep forewarning others..
