  • So, first of all this is my mom and I's all time favorite Sams Club, customer service is usually perfect. Tonight my family and I are in there, it's not too busy, and we are at the self check out line, we scan the alcoholic eggnog first therefore needing assistance... I go to look for someone to help and as i am walking back i hear an employee that my mom asked for help mutter something rude about my mother!!!! So i say, excuse me??? Thats my mother, in which she responded I don't f@&$ing care, she then proceeded to be 100% disrespectful to me and with that horrible condescending attitude when I asked her her name and for her manager. HER NAME IS ALISHA BY THE WAY, and I have never been so disrespected in my life. I work in customer service and have since I was 16 years old. I don't care what the circumstances are, there is no excuse to treat people that way.
