  • I bought the Groupon and scheduled an appointment they told me that didn't have any appointments available, then they changed their minds and told me they could squeeze me in at 4:30pm. I arrived 10 mins early, all 3 nails techs were with clients. I waited for 20+ mins before someone got free and could start on my pedi. The tech missed a couple steps on my pedi, no hot towel or massage. The Groupon included a gel mani. They made me wait 30+ mins so my gel can come off, and so my toes can dye. That what I was told but in reality they left me there so they can do another clients pedi. She started my gel mani after she finished the other girls pedi. My gel mani looks like shit. She didn't know what she was doing. Skipped a couple steps of a mani too. The owner smoked inside the salon. They don't have good customer service. It didn't feel welcoming. Don't waste your time or money. I was there for 2.5 hours. I was so irritated.
