Was ordering food from here. They have a double lane drive-thru. After ordering I pulled forward to allow the car behind me to order. I first get verbally harassed by an employees Hispanic, overweight, middle age wife (she informed me of this and threatened to have my order cancelled by her husband who worked at the location) for acting like I was going to collide with her Gold Explorer with a Dealer License plate that starts with "1R..." I rolled down my window to inform I was pulling forward to allow the male behind me to order. The Hispanic female then decides to continue the verbal abuse. The SUV also had her son who was probably in his late teens or early 20's and a Caucasian female about the age time frame (the mother was in the rear passenger seat). The son then decides to get out and approach my vehicle and place his hand under his shirt like he had a gun. He even uttered with his hand under his shirt "that's what I thought!" Instead of confronting the young male, I called Phoenix PD and gave the description of all people in be SUV, the make/model/color and the dealer license plate number. The female then jumps out of the vehicle and informs her husband. I decide not to pay or get my food because the husband was at the first window trying to threaten me but my window was up. I tried to inform Robert (African American night manager) about the situation but apparently it is ok for family members of employees to threaten customers and for employees to confront customers while on duty. The manager even stated "it is none of his business and did not care about the situation" with his own employees. I hope this review will go to show how this placed is run at night.
