LOVE Hubert Keller. Granted, I have never actually met the French chef but I feel like after watching Top Chef Masters, I am convinced that he is a wonderful person who makes mouth-watering food. Fiance and I went here while watching my cousin's 16month old baby. It was a fantastic night. First, it was exactly what we were looking for - delicious food in a casual setting so that baby Cami could make all the noise he wanted and no one would mind. I had their sliders (three kinds - buffalo, kobe and classic mini-burgers) with sweet potato fries - yummm! Fiance built his own burger - kobe beef, grilled onions, cheddar cheese on focaccia with deep-fried zucchini spears. Delicious! Fiance has declared that it was the best burger he'd ever had. I must admit that I thought the zucchini spears were even better than my sweet potato fries. We ended it all with one of their decadent milkshakes - the caramel latte. oh man, it was a bit too sweet for me but fiance drank it down in seconds.
there are lots of other things we definitely want to come back and try (BUT only when we really are feeling the big-spending Vegas mood), especially their luxurious $60 burger that comes with kobe, foie gras AND black truffles. ridiculous!
