  • Wish I would have read the reviews before choosing this company via Groupon. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! I originally found them on Groupon for a $50 A/C check and tune-up. I was quickly up-sold to a yearly maintenance agreement, couple that with parts and I was quickly out $500. They do little to nothing during their maintenance check ups and will always push you towards purchasing a new unit even if then current one is salvageable. I'm fairly certain that the tech left our A/C unit in a state of disrepair during the last check up, and I'm also fairly certain that was done to force us into purchasing an 8k unit though another company was able to fix it for $500. AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE ROBBERS!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have given them zero stars if possible
