  • Once you get Scott and his helper over to your place, he does a good job. However, that is where "good ends.". He did one of my bedrooms in a timely manner, so we decided to hire him again, to do two other rooms. It took him over 3 months to finally do the job. He is a man of many excuses and promises but does not keep his word. He made excuses about the wood that needed to be ordered, and many more excuses on when he could come over to do the job. If you want to be continually frustrated and agitated then Sierra Hardwoods is perfect for your job. If you want to get your job done in a timely manner, and avoiding all the back and forth communication, then I would suggest you pick another company. I am satisfied with his work, but dealing with him is a nightmare.
