  • Big Jim's is my comfort place to go. The people are wonderful (especially Scott) ;) Never had a bad meal there. Ever. It's good to unwind there when the traffic is backed up on the Parkway which is always the case. Or just when I need a really good home cooked meal. The portions are huge but its the quality that keeps me going back. A great neighborhood restaurant tucked away "in the run". The chicken wings are whole and meaty and cooked perfectly. Everything is fresh and delicious. The lasagne is cheesy and that sauce ! Perfectly seasoned. There's no skimping on quality. Love love love the fish. As long as they are open, I will remain a loyal customer.
