I usually don't post negative reviews but our stay at this hotel was less than ideal. While booking online on the hotel website, I chose to upgrade our room to include a city view with a king size bed. Upon arrival, I was told there were no king beds available and all they could offer us was a room with two double beds. Who wants to sleep in double beds when you are traveling with your spouse? This was strike number 1. The room was small, cramped, with a broken lamp, broken clock, and poor lighting. Strike number 2. To top it all off, most of the staff were rude and uninterested in assisting you in anyway (me: where are the lobby restrooms? staff: ugh, around the corner and points aimlessly while not breaking eye contact with a sports game on the lobby tv). Strike 3. The parking is also pretty expensive for the price point of the hotel. My advice, stay at the Marriott.
