  • The cupcakes were delicious, but the service was far from extraordinary! We arrived at 2 pm (when they opened at 10 am on the day we went) and they had no mini cupcakes in a display or even prepared for the day. I asked how long it would be before they could get two dozen ready and if I was able to choose which flavors I wanted. The young nice girl (who every time customers left would go in the back to use her cell phone) said it would be about 20-30 minutes and that they could just do a variety and what ever other flavors we wanted more of we could have them add them. I was fine with that until 40 minutes and at least 12 other customers later, I was getting tired waiting (when this was just the first stop of three that I was taking my mom to for Mother's Day). I asked about how much longer it would take and she said still about another 15 minutes. I was not going to wait for an entire hour, so I told her I would just swap my Groupon for 1 dozen regular cupcakes instead of the 2 dozen minis, since they started bringing out a lot of fresh regular cupcakes (which then I realized that is why they had me waiting so long, so just to make more regular cupcakes first before starting with my order). The young girl then seemed as though she was being put out because I wanted to start choosing the cupcakes. I then showed her my Groupon and she pushed redeemed on my phone and said here you go and pushed my cupcakes towards me...no sorry for the wait, thank you, or have a nice day, which the other 12-15 customers that were served before did. Although the cupcakes were good, I will not go back to this location. I won't go back period unless I have a Groupon to the other one because they are pricey!
