This is quite a late review, but better late than never. My girlfriend and I took my daughter here for Disney on ice when it was here in town.
As you approach the entrance for the arena, it's a little chaotic, as there are no set lines for entering. And when you mix a bunch of small children in that mix it makes it a little more difficult.
As we entered the arena the staff was very helpful for pointing out where our seats would be. When we arrived at our seats, they were already occupied. We kindly told the people sitting in our seats they must have the wrong spot. They didn't move. So we grabbed an usher who reiterated that they were not in the correct seats, and they moved with help from the usher to their new seats.
But now the reason for only 4 stars. This family was moved 3-4 more times as they were not in the correct seats and occupying other people's seats. It took a few moves for the ushers to finally seat them where they belonged. I know this happens often with sporting events and concerts, but it shouldn't have happened at a children's event. (Or so I call it a children's event. I was just as excited to be there)
Overall the experience with Thomas and Mack was positive and helpful to us individually. I just feel like they could have handled it a little differently.
