  • This review is based primarily on the restaurant. In short: It sucks. We were in Vegas for our friends' wedding. A day or two after they were married we decided to take them to lunch. They were staying at the Monte Carlo so not a long walk at all. We were seated within 15 minutes of arriving so that was fine; they were busy. We order some light beers assuming the food would be served soon. It took about 45 minutes. The server came by and said "I'm sorry the crab legs are holding up the order." She leaves then me and the groom start talking about why the crab legs would take long... you throw them in boiling water for a few minutes and done. So, the food finally comes and even before cracking the crab open I could tell it was over cooked. We crack a leg open and it looked like the crab was put in a food dehydrator as to suck any last piece of moisture and flavor out of it. It was actually inedible. I ask the waiter to get the manager. I explained that I don't often complain about the food but that the crab was inedible. He explaines that he'll "comp" it like he's doing me a favor. I hand the dish to him as to say "no, take this crap away from me." He tries to get us to order something else. I explain to him that we're not wanting to wait another 45 minutes for poor food. He should have actually reduced the bill, brought us another beer, promised to have the chef re-do the crab legs the right way which should only take 10 minutes or less... something. But no, nothing. You couldn't pay me to go back into that place.
