  • Absolutely Outstanding Service!!! The Best! I highly recommend this place! First of all, the minute you call this place, the phone is answered professionally with someone who is extremely friendly and helpful. This was not the case with other cookie and other places I called. I called in a panic for cookies for my daughter's birthday, which I needed that day. Kimber at the Cookie Jar, was amazing. She took the time to patiently and helpfully go through all the cookies and options. When I said I needed them delivered that evening but the delivery person had already left, I admit being a bit persistent that I REALLY needed them "today" because it was my daughter's birthday. Kimber contacted the owner Ed, who came back to his store and personally delivered the cookies to my daughter! Within just a couple hours of my last minute phone call, my daughter had 3 dozen cookies! and Kimber even beautifully decorated the box with "Happy Birthday". It saved the day for me, and made my child very happy, which made me very happy. Oh - and the cookies I was told were yummy delicious! Thank you very much to Ed and Kimber of the Cookie Jar! You guys went above and beyond and have truly outstanding customer service!
