  • First time flying spirit and I've heard nothing but bad things (from people who don't read up on "budget airlines") I was so stoked to see I could from round trip for around 110 a person DIRECTLY from Pittsburgh to La and back! I knew way befor hand what I was getting into. Tight seats, free small carry on "personal item" not able to adjust the seat, paying for every single thing drinks water so on. I bought drinks and snacks before I boarded and I knew to pack light in my perfect little book bag. Also I checked in on the app and got the boarding passes there so yes all I did was pay for my ticket and that's it! I don't see why everyone gets so mad just read up on it and you wouldn't be mad if you knew what your getting into! I can admit it was tight but it was no where near as bad as I expected! To save almost 300 bucks? I'll definitely be riding spirit airlines again I'm very pleased.
