The fish is not fresh! Our group ordered both tuna and salmon sashmi, rolls and nigiri. Out of everything the rolls were the best, portion size was large and fish in the rolls was surprisinly better than in the sashimi. The 2 issues with the nigiri is that the fish is a little chewy and the chef does not know how to prepare sushi rice. The rice does not hold together properly. It falls apart when picking up any of the nigiri even for experience sushi/chopsticks dinners. The main issue our meal was the lack of quality fish for the sashimi. The flesh of the tuna was grey and dried out. It appeared to be previously frozen and thawed. I've never seen tuna served as sushi of this low quality. Our salmon sashimi was very slimy and had a distinct fishy smell/taste. You could get better quality sushi at the fry's grocery store next door. Not recommended.
