  • This is my least favorite Starbucks to go to. Went there today and ordered a black tea over ice. Took me 15 minutes just to get it because one person makes cold drinks and the other makes hot drinks. So it doesn't matter who was in line first, you don't get your drink until that person is ready to make your drink. That is what the coffee barista told me. How hard is it to pour tea over ice? Really???
