  • Very disappointing. Start with location - middle of nowhere. Hotel restaurant ... limited menu of 5 or six items. None of them very good. Lots of staff wandering around - not sure what they are doing. Not making my stay enjoyable or memorable. Left room at 8am and returned at 5pm - room had not been made up. Was told by staff at the front desk that it was because I had failed to place the PLEASE CLEAN THE ROOM sign out. They indicated that they do not enter rooms unless asked to do so - interesting. Cutting edge hospitality dogma. Might want to rethink that if they plan on remaining in business. Another item - WIFI is terrible. Very week signal and interrupted often. Consider someplace else for you trip/stay in Mississauga. You will be glad that you did.
