  • Alanza Place is a wonderful community. I have been a resident since 2013. I started with a smaller 1-bedroom and chose to move to a larger 1-bedroom bedroom in 2015. The management team led by Anita are very good and attentive to the residents. They aren't just names and faces here - they interact with the residents. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner - I can always count on my issues being taken care of immediately with a job well done. They have a great team of maintenance people! Apartments are very nice - love having a W/D in each unit! The grounds are always kept very nice. Pool area is very nice and appealing, workout room is clean. Alanza Place is a safe community and a great place to live!!
