  • Honestly, I don't even know how the cleaning is. Had high hopes since the lady I spoke with originally was super nice and all...I have been waiting for an hour, they were supposed to be here at 7 a.m., haven't been to bed yet...they never showed or called. I have also been calling the business line for over 40 minutes and whomever is in the "call center" is not answering. Got a call yesterday (8/12/13) for what I thought was going to be a rescheduling from the "computer error" for the reasoning behind not showing up last time. I was informed that instead of trying to redeem themselves and throwing in an "extra" they were going to have living social/ amazon refund the purchase because of the yelp post. I'm glad they are doing that even though it was a gift because after reading their site the cleaning is strictly wiping down surfaces only...that isn't actual cleaning. And! They can show up either an hour early or an hour late without letting you know.
